Product Introduction: SM600-W Automatic paper tube curling machine (SM600-W)
This machine excels in paper tube outer coiling, inner coiling, and tube inflation, offering superior craftsmanship and stable performance. Utilizing advanced CNC stepping system technology, it minimizes positioning errors in paper tube production.
Main Features:
The machine smoothly and automatically feeds the paper tube horizontally with stable performance.
The edge-feeding mechanism adopts mechanical cam to ensure the flexibility to give to the mould at high
production speed without affecting the quality.
Equipped with five-position indexing disc controlled by computer system, it accurately conveys paper tubes for
winding, retracting and ejecting in working position.
The machine offers three functions - inner roll, outer roll and automatic inflation - controlled through a touch
screen. The entire machine is frequency controlled for variable speed.
Quick and easy mould change without manual alignment. Computer automatically recognises positions with an
error of less than 0.05mm.
